Discount Tire

I had a great experience. Purchased 4 new tires on their website at a good price. The tires were delivered to the store on the same day. I dropped off my truck the following morning before work and picked it up at lunch with everything completed (mounted/blalanced/alignment). Totally satisfied.

Highly recommend Discount Tire! They patched my tire completely free of charge and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, honest, and had me back on the road quickly. It's rare to find businesses that go above and beyond like this—I'll definitely be coming back for my future tire needs. Thank you!

Wow, what a difference in tire shops! This one is TOPS!! Had new tires installed and "balanced" at a different company. I had a vibration and took the vehicle to a different tire shop to have the balance checked again and was told "everything is fine...no issues". We'll, the vibration in the vehicle was still present. Took it to Discount Tire for a "Road Force" balance calibration. Found out that two of the "new" tires were defective!! Discount Tire ordered the two replacements and got them installed on the same day! Lukas kept me informed the entire time (less than a half hour) the vehicle was in the shop. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Discount Tire for your tire needs.

I have purchased 4 tires at this location. Lukas has helped me each time. Today I had a nail in my tire and I stopped in to have them take a look. The removal and patch from the nail as well as a tire rotation was free of charge. They were very busy today and the wait time was about 2 hours; and they were honest about the wait and expectations. I heard employees giving nearby lunch recommendations nearby to other customers which is great customer service. They did a perfect job; I got out in about an hour and a half and everyone was friendly. Regarding my past experiences purchasing tires, Lukas helped me find the tires they had in stock that fit my vehicle and showed me a pricing sheet that included the lifespan and durability. The warranty is more than reasonable and worth it, and even with a free service today the customer service is top tier. Can’t recommend this team enough and I will be seeing them the next time I need tires.
